Who am I?
Callide was founded and is operated by Oskar Almqvist. Oskar is a loving boyfriend and a devoted son, brother, uncle and friend. Animal advocate, volunteer worker and a human being.
In the IT world, Oskar was once a passionate developer and is now working as a software testing expert with 5+ years of experience. Certified by ISTQB, ITIL Certified, Scrum Master with knowledge of SAfe and other agile methods and with a fiery passion for test automation, IoT, AI, agile, leadership and digital transformation.
My experience as developer combined with my pedagogical background and love for teaching gives me an unique opportunity to be the bridge between IT and business.

At ITMAD we’re pioneering a collaborative ecosystem where STEM field experts can dedicate their talents to empower projects for those in need. Our unique approach is founded on the principle of ‘micro tasks’ – enabling contributors to offer anything from a minute, an hour, or even a month of their time. This flexible engagement model allows, for instance, ten developers to each tackle distinct, manageable tasks, cumulatively achieving substantial outcomes. Our mission is to demonstrate how small contributions from each individual can lead to the realization of grand projects, making a significant impact one step at a time.
RANGMAR
Our first big project RANGMAR addresses the critical challenge of efficiently distributing essential resources—such as water, food, and medicines—to those in need. By offering a unified platform, RANGMAR enables aid workers to collaboratively organize, tag, and reallocate supplies, maximizing the impact of their efforts to support as many affected individuals as possible.
What about the money?
